Here are the opening two pages of a short story I illustrated for Image Comics’ Outlaw Territory 3 anthology, which will be out in June. All artwork by me and written By A.E  Santana.

I completed it about a year ago, and it’s the first comic work I’ve ever done so I’m pretty excited and nervous to see how it turns out and how it stands up against the other stories in the book., there are some great artist and writers involved.  Had great fun doing it , but drawing comics is so much harder than I first thought, made plenty of mistakes and learnt a lot on this one.

I’ve been sorting though some old folders of work and stumbled across this half completed drawing I started over a year ago and for some reason never got round to completing, I think I lost interest in it early on and really should have scrapped it long before taking it to this point.  Anyhow I thought I should let it loose and post it, as it has a few good points, and as It is something I don’t plan to complete it should at least get an airing here.

Marion Cotillard

Going to attempt to do one of these portraits once a week, to flesh out the portfolio.  Watched the weird but excellent Berberian Sound Studio Last night so here’s a portrait of its star Toby Jones, who appearance in any film makes it about 20 percent better, just for being in it.
